Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items under the terms below.

Returns

  • Items sold by Nano Tech Elements are warranted for form, fit and function for the manufacturer’s warranty period (1 year or 2 years). If not under a manufacturer’s warranty, we warrant all products for a period of 30 days (form, fit and function). 

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ntelements.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will provide you with an RMA, if applicable.

Return Method

  • Returns must be made by courier to our return address provided upon request.

  • We do not accept in-person returns at our warehouse or office locations.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Returns are to be shipped on your UPS / Fedex account to us and on our UPS / Fedex account to you (if repaired / replaced)

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Products that are used, damaged, or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund, unless under warranty.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Please note that depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • Payment processing fees charged by the payment provider are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund

Cancellations

  • All Sales are Final and cannot be canceled without a confirmation from Nano Tech Elements. If a cancellation is approved a 20% restocking fee applies
